Our Brown Butter Ghee is produced from our own premium cultured ghee, but cooked longer in order to get a deeper, nuttier flavor. While traditional brown butter includes milk solids, we’ve chosen to exclude them in order to provide the same great flavor in a product suited for paleo and other lactose and casein restricted diets.
Our cultured butter is sourced from grass fed cows raised on small farms in Ireland. The ghee is made in small batches by hand. This results in a creamy, nutty brown butter ghee. The milk solids are carefully filtered out, and our slow cooling process provides a pleasing texture.
Note: Separation is natural. This is a shelf stable product and does not require refrigeration. Use a clean, dry spoon to avoid water contamination.
