Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Brown Butter Ghee (Pure Traditions)
1 Large Egg
1/3 Cup Raw Honey (My Local Honey)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract (Simply Organic)
2 Cups Instant Keto Oatmeal Unsweetened (Pure Traditions)
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
3/4 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350°Place ghee and egg in medium sized bowl and stir together. Add honey and vanilla and mix until creamy. In a separate bowl whisk together cereal and baking powder. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet mix until incorporated. Stir in chocolate chips.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto sheet. Bake for 16-18 minutes until edges brown. Remove from pan and allow to cool. store cookies in a sealed container. Makes about 22 cookies.
