Breakfast Pizzas

Enjoy healthy pizza with your favorite breakfast ingredients! This recipe is simple with a delicious payoff.
Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on two tortillas and top with remaining two tortillas. Spread sausage around edges of prepared tortillas, leaving room in the middle for eggs. Crack two eggs into the middle of each pizza and place the cherry tomatoes around top. Bake on prepared pan for 10-12 minutes; until eggs are set. Top with avocado slices and serve.
Ingredients:
1/2 pound Ground Breakfast Sausage, cooked
4 Tortillas Almond Flour Tortillas ( 2 Pack ) (Siete)
4 tablespoons Pizza Pasta Sauce (Liberated Specialty Foods)
4 Eggs
12 Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 large Avocado, sliced
