    Product Description
At Simple Mills, we believe simple is best – we never use high-glycemic flours, gluten, genetically-modified, or unnatural ingredients. Instead, we use nutrient-rich, anti-inflammatory ingredients that are easily available in nature. That’s why the only flour we use is Almond Flour and the only sweetener we use is Coconut Nectar. We’re the most delicious grain-free mixes you can find!
    View From The Mountain:
We've made these mixes and they are excellent. They are not difficult to make and certainly less time consuming than trying to formulate a recipe yourself! If you can't eat eggs, you can substitute ground flaxseeds (mixed with hot water) as recommended by Simple Mills. You can also use chia seeds if you don't have flax seeds. The banana version may pass the "knife test" but may not be fully baked in our experience -- we think it's the bananas creating more moisture. So they may also need to sit a bit longer when they get taken out of the oven.
