Here's the deal. We are overstocked, and before we can order more we need to sell these to create more space in our freezers. The "best by" date is 10/26/19. We have kept the product frozen from pickup (they were kept frozen after production as well) to storage in our facility, so this product should remain high quality for at least 2-3 more months or more. We just tested them ourselves and they taste just as good and are similar in all ways as when we first got them 5 months ago. There are no qty limits, we have about 125 left - first come first serve.

Finally the tortilla we've all been waiting for, an AIP friendly version with Tiger Nut Flour. These are hand's down the best tasting non-grain tortillas we have come across, and we've handled many since opening way back in 2012. Hand made in California, Non-GMO Certified. Refrigerate upon arrival. Best used within 7 days of opening, or freeze unused portion for many months shelf life.

Directions: Heat a skillet to medium. Cook Tortilla, flipping every 20 seconds. Remove from heat when both sides are puffed and golden brown. Use immediately. Do not cook in microwave.
